Headingley Station

The area near "Headingley" station (which is well inside Kirkstall Ward) has become a focus for high density residential development. This is a highly sustainable location which enjoys excellent public transport links. Although it is difficult to argue against the developers' case, there is growing local concern about excessive housing densities, lack of amenity open space, and the preponderance of flats.
